Mickey Gingerbread and Mexican pan dulce (sweet bread) with apple.


Mexican Hot chocolate.



I would like to share the recipe with you so you can enjoy it too!

2 bricks of grated Mexican chocolate
1/2 gallon of milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla
optional, 1 small can of evaporated milk
optional, canned whip cream.

I use a cheese grated to grate the chocolate bricks.
Heat milk in a saucepan on medium heat, add the vanilla,
and cinnamon while stirring. Add the Mexican chocolate
while stirring until it becomes frothy. The evaporated
milk will make the chocolate richer and sweeter.e
Fill mug3.4 with chocolate, add whip cream and sprinkle
with cinnamon or use a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.
