August 14, 2002 The Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor Anyone who come through here is very respectful to what happened here so many years ago. My sister Terry and I were so happy to get to visit a part of history together. For more information, see the links below. This is the recovered anchor of the USS Arizona . and it weighs 19,583 pounds. After leaving Pearl Harbor we had lunch here at Pier 7 at Honolulu Harbor. It was really neat to see the ships come into the harbor and see the airplanes take off. The Honolulu airport was across the harbor. We also shopped next door at the Aloha Tower and Marketplace. So much to see and do. I am so thankful to be here! This picture was taken at church and it was so beautiful how the women swayed to the music and how they love the Lord. After they left,the praise group came out and then the house really moved! It was so easy to just praise the Lord!
