Dill**********Rosemary********French Thyme

The basil plant on the left is what I gave my sisters of Mother's Day.
The plant on the right is a lavendar plant. The flowers are the most fragrant part of the plant and they are used in cooking instead of the leaves.
To harvest Lavender flowers, cut the stalks at the base of the plant just as the flowers are open. They dry very easily by just laying them in a basket in a single layer.
