We are so glad you could take a few moments to stop by. Another thing I collect is snowmen. I think the first snowman I got was a home made gift frommy Aunt Rosemary. She crochet it for me. She started with styrafoam balls and covered them. Then added the face and hat. 
An older lady was selling her homemade sock snowmen one year and I bought one for each of my boys when they were young. My latest snowmen is dressed up as a scarecrow! He has a crow perched on one outstretched twig arm and had a felt hat and vest. He is really cute. But some of snowmen aren't men, they are snow ladies!. 
One of my fondest memories as a child is watching Frosty the Snowman with the family. I think of popcorn and hot chocolate and watching it on our new color tv. I am old enough to remember the black and white only TV. Anyone out there 40 something and can remember that? Thanks goodness for color! 
This little rag snowman is what I plan to do as a craft with the girls in the Daughters of the Son. The only other thing it will have is wings like the angel above. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of, with lights. James 1:17 
The Wonder of the Snowmen The snowmen is like you and me. It starts as just a single snowflake that comes from the heaven above. And the snowflakes come together, Each unique snowflake ready and waiting. Then loving hands shape these snowflakes together And before you know, a shape comes together And then there is a complete form And now the final touches are added A carrot nose, twig hands, a smile That bring the shape to life. A snowman has been brought to life And then it is clothed and enjoyed by those who Put it together. One cannot look at it and Wonder that from nothing , there was now this cute Adorable happy snowman to give us pleasure.
