A Friend Is A Treasure

A special friend is someone
who will always mean so much,
Someone who will always care
and always keep in touch.
A special friend is almost like
a sister or brother,
For there are things that you
can only tell to one another...

A special friend
can help you through
your very hardest days,
Or brighten up the good time
with their caring, thoughtful ways.
That's why, of all the many joys
that life could ever send,
There is no greater treasure
than a very special friend!

Friends

Friends are there to give You a hand when you need it.
They help you get back upand keep going after you fall.
They give you the hope and faithyou need to make it in life
They are the people thatfill your life with laughter.
You can always trust them.
They'll pull you out of the little holes on the road of life.
They always seem to know just why you're not smiling,then,
they put a grin rightback on your face,
and a happy tune into your heart.
True friends always give youthe confidence you need.
They're always right behind you,
rooting for you,prepared to catch you if you slip.
They always help you get back on the right path
if you take a wrong turn.
Always help you make the right choice
if you come to a fork in the road of life.
And I'd just like to thank you for being my friend

I hope our friendship can be a source of comfort to you
like a blanket to wrap around you when you're cold
like a pillow for you to use to rest your head
like arms to hold you when you're weary and feeling alone
like a handkerchief to catch you tears

I hope our friendship can be a source of strength to you
like sunshine when you need warmth in your life
like music that smoothes your emptiness and fills a lonely space
like a meal when you're hungry and want to eat
like a shoulder when you need something to lean on

I hope our friendship can be a source of love to you
like someone who offers praise and never pressure
like someone who is there to talk to when you need to talk
like someone who is there for you to be whatever it is you need
like someone who loves you just the way you are

I hope our friendship can be a source of certainty for you
that you always have someone on you side
to give you hope that you always have a someone on your side
to give you a confidence that there is a light
at the end of the tunnel
to be a voice that says, "Congratulations!
You've made it through another one!
to share with you every challenge,
