As you can see I love my hot chocolate as I study.
I am drinking Mexican hot chocolate that is so yummy!
I would like to share the recipe with you so you can enjoy it too!

2 bricks of grated Abuelita Mexican chocolate
1/2 gallon of milk (Almond milk can be used too)
1 tsp of ground cinnamon(hubby adds a couple of cinnamon sticks to milk while cooking.
1 teaspoon of vanilla
optional, 1 small can of evaporated milk
optional, whip cream.

I use a cheese grater to grate the chocolate bricks.
Heat milk in a saucepan on medium heat, add the vanilla,
and cinnamon while stirring. Add the Mexican chocolate
while stirring until it becomes frothy. The evaporated
milk will make the chocolate richer and sweeter.
Fill mugs with chocolate, add whip cream and sprinkle
with cinnamon or use a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.
