Feb. 19, 2009 < p align="justify">I got 2 pages done today from the San Diego trip. I found a new store called the Scrap Garden in HB. The prices are a bit high, but I found exactly what I needed to finish the page!
Feb. 16, 2009 < p align="justify">Yes I am still scrapping. There just never seems to be enough time. Last year I had a big project to do. We celebrated my parent's 55th anniversary in Sept 08 with the whole family in San Diego. So I spent months scanning old pictures and pictures of the kids over the years and put together a video montage. Now I do plan to scrap that some day. But for now, I am scrapping the San Diego trip. Then I will do my NY trip. You can find the NY trip at my family site.

Renee and Susan scrapping a few ours at Once Upon A Time, Aug 4, 2007
I have been pretty busy and haven't had much timne to scrap. I will be next week since I have to get a gift ready for Christmas. My daughter and I went to a Christmas open house and Once Upon a Memory. We made and ornament, learned how to use hot wax and stamp. Everything was 30% off so I got Renee some things. I won some sayings that I can use for the album I am working on. There were tons of sweets and I overate the wonderful chocolate peanut brittle and boy did I get sick once I got home. I don't think it was that, but the hot dog I had eaten earlier!
Today after church my cousin and I went to the pumpkin farm to take a few pictures.We had lunch and then went to Kandy Scrappers so I could finish my October crop pages. I took pictures of them when I was done. Then it was off to Wal-Mart to get the pictures developed.I do not have a digital camera and the pictures don't look that great but I did my pages. I got a real good fall picture of fall flowers. I am pleased. Now to the family room back in order!
Scrapbooking is keeping me busy and I am mostly organizing, going through pictures. I will be working on my autumn pages this week for Scrappy Chatters. I hope to go to my frined Joanies to scrap at her house on Tuesday. I plan on buying scapbooks kits for a few friends at Christmas presents. Bye for now.
At the beginning of the month, I went away with my friends Deb and Kelli and we got to scrap. I did the page above and one on our Marriage group.
I for an organizer from Creative Memories and I sorted pictures for an hour and was quite pleased with myself. I really love my scrap travel case and now I can scrap in the car.
I am working on my pages slowly. There just never seems to be enough time to do all I want. I am having a scrap party at my house next month.
Several of my friends from church will be coming down. A couple of my friends and I will be going out of town at the end of Sept. and we plan to scrap then too.
I didn't make it to the big scrap thing on the 23. My friend was dying and I wanted to see her instead. She went to the Lord on Aug. 3rd.
I have completed 4 pages so far for the Scrappy Chatters challenge.
I am enjoying it a lot. I found another scrap store by my son's work. Since we carpool and I have to wait, might as well shop!
I spent 3 1/2 hours at the scrap store today with my cousin Joanie. There was a crop group in progress and there was room for the two of us to sit down. Well we really didn't sit much. We were busy buying goodies and cropping our pictures and paper. I end up buying a new album because the 8 1/2x 11 was just not going to work our for my About Me Book. I can now see why people buy the large cases on wheels. Joanie and I will be going to the Scrap show at the Ontario convention on July 23rd. I am looking forward to it.
I just can't believe how busy I have been. I have been working on my scrap stuff but not everyday. I got 2 more pages done and used some new things. I am getting ready for a month long, day to day scrap. I decided I will just keep working on my chronological book. I got some more goodies yesterday for my pages. I have scrap stuff all over in my scrap room, but that is why I have that room. By for now.
I am now working in 2 books! One is the chronlogical and the other is About Me. I went 2 3 scrapping stores today! I was so jazzed with what I got. I got some 12x12 sheets that I needed for a page I am doing, along with some matching embellishments. I went to Joann's with my 50% coupon to get an album and all the albuns were 50% off! So I got 2. I got 15 pages that were on sale too. Then I went to one more store called the Mad Scrapper and got a few things there too. I need some new clothes and I am buying scrap stuff. Do you think I am addicted?
I finally have been able to work on several pages. I did one with our first family doxie Mandy Belle. Then I realized that this date was her birthday!
Well my son got married to Marina on May 14. Since then I have painted his old room and made it my craft room. My son and his new brother in laws brought in the desk last night. I got new bedding for the bed and made the room real country. I have paper all over the bed now as I am putting it in categories. I want to be organized when I start. I really need a digital camera now.
Hopefully I can get one for my birthday! Hugs

I am working on our First Christmas pictures-1974. But I have to stop to get ready for the wedding. I will work on them after the wedding.

I made it through the bridal shower and I brought out some of my blogging stuff. After Andrew moves out I plan to make that my scrap room. Or maybe I will move my computer there and put a desk here and make this my scrap corner, No I need good lighting and I want to pain that room a light gold and have lots of room! Renee got her birthday pictures out and she wants to scrap too so we plan to do that after the wedding which is May 14th. I got Marina a scrap book for Christmas and she wants to scrap too after she is all settled in. So maybe I will have some pictures to share again. Hugs
Aren't my new adoptions just to cute! I have been busy with my scrapbooking and I am enjoyiong it. I can't work on it everyday, but I try to work on it on Sundays. I sure am messy when I cut. I need a bag right next to me when I work. I am still working on 1973. So much to do, so little time!
Renee and I have been scrapping. My computer was down so I was working on my pages. Still a slow process, but enjoyable. It is fun going down memory land and looking at my small body.
We fianlly started today and wow it is a slow process since we are both learning. One important thing is have a trash can close by. We need to get more organized. I am going to get a container with pull outs for us to put our supplies. This is great to foster that mother daughter time!

The stickers were on sale 40% so she got to choose a lot.
I have not started yet. I won't start until I get the rest of my ornaments done. I am categorizing them and it takes time. I am being so patient.
I have not started yet. I slept in real late and have been taking the ornaments off the tree and doing things around the house. I found another small lamp for my table and took some things out from under my desk so I guess it needs to be done!
I got some more sheets and some stencils on sale and I hope to start Saturday. I figured since it will be raining all day, I will scrap and wash a ton of laundry!
I got my desk all cleared off of Christmas stuff and then I bought a new lamp. I moved my supplies over to the table and can hardly wait to start!
I added a 2nd page of adoptions too. They are so cute!
Today I set this Scrap booking site up. I had been thinking about for awhile when Karen sent a notice that set was up and to my delight, my Reina was in it!!!! She follows me wherever I go, whether I am on the cmputer, in the bathroom or my soon to be scrap table. I just took off the Christmas Village from the table and cleaned it up. I need to put a lamp on it and and I will be ready to move my stamp supplies there, I have been collecting them over the past few months and got some really need papers from my cousin Joanie. I am really excited since I have a big project ahead of me. I have 30 years of pictures waiting to get into a nice new album or should I say albums! Wish me good luck.
